Kirk Kelley
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Kirk graduated from the University of North Texas with an Accounting degree and began his career in public accounting as a Financial Auditor. He later gained hands-on accounting experience when he was hired by a large healthcare company in Dallas. Kirk joined SNI Financial and spent 5 ½ years focused on the accounting and finance sector. He was promoted to an Associate Partner and maintained status as a top-biller nationwide. Kirk co-founded Spectrum Search Group in 2016.
Chendo Gonzalez
Co-Founder & Partner
With over 15 years of recruiting experience, Chendo began his recruiting career at Accounting Solutions. In 2000, he was one of the founding partners of Southwest Search, where he began to develop his expertise in banking and finance-related positions. In 2008, he founded Gold Lion Recruiting. In recent years, Chendo has built new groups within recruiting firms including the Banking/Capital Markets group for SNI Financial and the Banking group for VIP Search Group. In January of 2016, Chendo co-founded Spectrum Search Group. He is a native Texan and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M.
